Black Tungsten Ore Beneficiation Process
Zexin provides professional Black Tungsten Ore beneficiation process solutions for efficient extraction and processing of Black Tungsten Ore mineral resources.
Black Tungsten Ore Beneficiation Process Flow
Black tungsten ore, as a crucial tungsten resource, typically occurs in quartz vein deposits, either as large veins or fine veins, characterized by coarse grain size and significant gravity differences - features that facilitate efficient separation. Based on years of practical experience, Zexin has developed an integrated beneficiation process centered on gravity separation, optimizing the process into four key stages: rough separation, gravity concentration, fine separation, and slime treatment, achieving efficient concentration and separation of black tungsten ore.
In the rough separation stage, Zexin innovatively applies new dynamic screen jigs to pre-concentrate fine-grained materials, significantly improving feed grade through efficient pre-concentration. The rough concentrate proceeds directly to fine separation, effectively simplifying the process flow while reducing energy consumption and processing costs.
Gravity concentration is the core process in black tungsten ore beneficiation. Zexin employs an innovative combination of multi-stage jigging and shaking tables, coupled with middlings regrinding, creating an efficient closed-circuit gravity separation process. The qualified ore after fine crushing is classified by vibrating screens and fed to jigs and shaking tables respectively. Jig concentration produces high-grade rough concentrate, while coarse tailings undergo regrinding and recycling, and fine tailings enter multi-stage shaking tables for further separation, ensuring maximum recovery of valuable components.
In the fine separation stage, Zexin has developed unique combined processes of flotation-gravity or flotation-gravity-magnetic separation, achieving deep purification of black tungsten concentrate. Using innovative coarse-fine classification table-flotation technology (optimized combination of flotation and shaking tables) with mechanical flotation effectively removes sulfide minerals. For complex ores containing scheelite and cassiterite, a multi-process combination of gravity-flotation-magnetic separation is employed, achieving efficient separation of various concentrates and significantly enhancing product value.
For slimes generated during the beneficiation process, Zexin has developed systematic treatment solutions. The process begins with efficient flotation for desulfurization, followed by flexible application of gravity separation, flotation, magnetic separation, and electrostatic separation or their combinations based on the characteristics of different minerals in the slimes. This approach not only achieves deep recovery of tungsten minerals but also enables comprehensive recovery of associated rare and precious metal minerals, embodying the concept of efficient resource utilization.
